Pages on Background material, Fourier transforms, Eigenvalue problems, and Operator/Matrix methods, all prepared with student input for my Quantum Physics graduate class in 1998 -2004 at ASU.

Pages on Crystallographic notation and stereograms, Metal surfaces: jellium and the work function, the Band structure of silicon, and Ionic crystals, relating to Surfaces and Thin Films and Quantum Mechanical Models of Solids graduate courses at ASU and Sussex during 1998-2004. We now have MatLab programs for several of these projects, including a comparison of the band structures of the Group IV elements.

Pages relating to Undergraduate (REU) projects at ASU, which includes a physical adsorption project started by Jeremy Piwowarczyk years ago. I would be interested in developing this project, and other REU projects, further using MatLab programming.
